Atanu Dey : India Spends $13,000,000,000 on Education Abroad ? Brain drain and brain dead too. Opening up a college or a post-graduate institution is a big side business for our politicians (in addition to bars & restaurants). Atanu, FYI they are not stupid people, this is called economics of demand and supply. This is the same reason they are on sports committes and boards.
